We ship all over India and certain parts of USA

We have tied up with various couriers, for our shipments. Our preferred couriers are Blue Dart,  Aramex and FedEx, since they have the widest coverage in India, and provide the fastest service. However, we also work with other regional couriers who are provide us with equally good service. We normally estimate upto 7 business days for delivery from the time the order is shipped, but depending on the time you place your order, you could get it earlier. Some orders are also shipped through India Post, where we have experienced that they provide better service

You will receive an email on your provided email address with the tracking details once your order is shipped. If you provided a mobile number, while placing the order, you will receive an sms with the tracking details as well.

“The proof of the pudding is in the eating” as they say 🙂 So we suggest you place an order to see how many layers we pack your order in – all to make sure you get it in mint condition. In the unlikely event that you are the first to receive your art/craft materials in damaged condition, send us a note on [email protected], and we would be happy to replace it free of cost.

We offer a refund for product that has defects and within 7 days you have to raise a refund request.
